Dry Needling

Myofascial Dry Needling uses fine needles to release active trigger points and alleviate chronic pain problems. It is anatomically-based and focuses on key areas of concern as assessed by the therapist. This technique is available within a remedial massage appointment and is delivered by a therapist with specialised training.

Cupping

Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the use of decompressed cups on the skin. The cups create a vacuum effect that lifts up underlying tissues such as the fascia (connective tissue), muscles, blood, and other fluids, bringing them closer to the surface of the skin. This technique is known to be effective in releasing tension and promoting relaxation and is available within a remedial massage appointment.

Strapping

If you've been injured, kinesiology tape might help improve circulation and reduce swelling in the area where you're hurt. This specially designed tape is made of a blend of cotton and mimics the elasticity of the skin, allowing for full range of motion. When applied, the tape gently lifts the skin, creating a microscopic space between the skin and underlying tissues. Strapping is available within a remedial massage appointment.
